We seem to have squeezed a lot into our Wednesday meeting and unfortunately Theotime was not able to give his report due to technical issues with the AV.
He will join us for another go on 20th March. He is
looking forward to the conference and meeting up with other exchange students from the district.

Next week’s meeting will be a visit to Grafton TAFE, or more specifically “Dining on Clarence” with a limited two course menu for $15.00 per head. Due to time restraints they would like us there by 12.30 Please advise Richard ASAP if you would like to come and also note it is a good opportunity to bring a partner or friend.

The club has agreed to sponsor Lee’s daughter Miriam in the Junior Princess competition at the Jacaranda Festival. As there will be a fair bit of fundraising happening it has been suggested that the first night should be at the Naked Bean on Thursday 21 st March for a laid back musical evening.

 

The presentation of the Defibrillator to the Grafton Base Hospital has yet to be determined.  I have suggested a gathering on the 27th March and am awaiting
confirmation and will advise.

I have booked a table for the Criterion Theatre for their production of Oliver on Friday 5th of April. $25 per head which includes pizza!. Please advise me as early as possible if you are interested.

Following the success of the combined Rotary evening with Maclean club at Lawrence, Darrell Brown from Maclean Rotary has suggested a combined meeting of all the Clarence Valley clubs on Thursday the 11th of April. I will inform him that we are interested and await details.

A set menu will no longer be available at our meetings from the 20th March you may order your selection from the menu and pay on arrival.
