An update for the Jacaranda Festival postponements given by Mark Blackadder Festival Event Manager. Lots of things to do during November and December.
                                                                                                                                                  
The Rotary Christmas Carols are now part of the Jacaranda Festival for 2021 and will be held in Market Square on Saturday 4 December. Such a delightful location with easy access and an amazing collaboration and cost saving event which I personally would love to see for many years to come. The feedback I have had already from the local community has been so exciting.
 
The board directors gave updates from the latest board meeting Thank you Leila, Herman and Mark Thompson.
I shared my vision for next years focus being on Youth in the Clarence Valley and much more collaboration with other local organisations. If you can spare an extra 2 to 3 hours per month please consider nominating for a board position. We are looking at an exciting year of events already.
 
The park project is almost complete with signage being the last item to install. Congratulations to all involved, this project is already very welcomed by the community.
 
Roches Manager James is our guest speaker next week and I look forward to their continued support.
 
Friday raffles were very successful with their continued support. We do need helpers for these regular fundraising activities please consider helping out.
