Bob reported that the Bridge Walk BBQ was successful raising $1300.  Thank you to all those who could help out at such short notice.  Blanchard’s Haulage had the privilege of being the guinea pigs for the 1^st vehicles over the second crossing and came out with flying colours. 

 

Bob & Brian attended the appreciation morning tea at Dougherty Villa for all their efforts during the year and had a lovely time.

 

There will be no meetings over the Christmas and New Period the 1^st meeting back will be the 8^th January 2020.

 

Amanda gave Thanks to all the committees in our club for all their efforts during the year and reminded us that if you have a project you are interested in to let us know to get if off the ground and helpers to assist.

 

The local Salvation Army will distribute the Carols raffle money raised $1600 – this will go directly to families in need in our area.

 

I would like to remind everyone that our Christmas Party is this Sunday at 2.30pm – Barefoot Bowls at the South Grafton Bowling Club.  The cost is $5 to play – please bring a plate of nibbles to share and a gift up to $10 for the Secret Santa.
