JOKE CORNER
I was listening to the ABC in Melbourne this morning when they went to the stock market report. The broker was in Sydney so he was asked how the lock down was going. He replied, “The dogs are exhausted, they are hiding their leads!”

   PRESIDENT'S  RUMBLE
Hi everyone,

I trust that you all enjoyed Race Week and yet another week of covid restrictions.

We had our regular weekly meeting this week at the races on Ramornie day for those that       attended the races,  what an absolute gem of a day it was. No business was discussed however we had some wonderful fellowship.

Fire this week's meeting we will need to follow what is happening with restrictions but thinking that we maybe able to revert back to our Wednesday meeting at Roches under new management. If it changes, we will communicate to members before Wednesday. For those members that choose not to come due to the restrictions,  I totally understand so feel comfortable in your decisions.

The planned  Xmas in July had had to be postponed due to the hotel not being able to accommodate us all. At this stage our planned Curry night at the Gallery is still continuing so but for tickets if you would like to attend.

Until Wednesday, take care, stay safe during these conditions,

Regards,
Centenary President, Robert
(From Beautiful Burleigh Heads)
