Fining session.  Once again Richard made a great job of relieving members of cash.

Guest Speaker: Christie Isaacson introduced by Nigel.

As founder of and proprietor of MYLK Christie described her journey to becoming a very successful Pre prepared food outlet.  EIT chef training, OE, Queenstown and Christchurch restaurants etc which each added to her skills, motherhood, returning to HB and in 2014 establishing a kitchen and cafe in Parkvale, going to today operating a commercial kitchen in Napier, and two retail outlets as well as shipping to NI customers.

The projectile of growth was most impressive. 600 units sold in 2014 to 8246 in 2019.

A fascinating talk and many lively questions from members.

Ben thanked Christie.
