In 2012 Charlene Bearden joined with District 5360 working with the Board, 18 or so District Committees and the annual changes in club executive committees at 50 Rotary & Rotaract Clubs operating in the District. Charlene has been on a mission to increase information flow, response times, share branded image of Rotary, increase productivity, define process and ease transition for members. One of the excellent tools available to use & implement is ClubRunner.
