Dr. James White has been appointed as the Director of the Stephenson Cardiovascular MR Centre. The Centre has achieved a reputation of excellence over the past five years and is a world class program for the delivery of clinical care, research, and education.

Calgary Literacy Fundraiser

Calgary Public Library Foundation and Rotary Club of Calgary East are hosting a fundraiser for the Library's signature literacy program "It's a Crime Not to Read" which is also supported by our Club and 5 other Rotary Clubs in Calgary.  The event is on Saturday April 29 at the Coast Hotel and includes dinner.
 
Alvin Law is a fantastic speaker there will be music great food and a silent Auction. Cost is only $50.00.  Register at the Rotary Club of Calgary East website.
