Welcome everyone to another wonderful week of Rotary,
Thank you everyone for engaging and contributing so well for our Club Goal setting session on Wednesday...... love the ideas that developed as everyone contributed
We can continue to develop our Club Goals over July, and then we will 'measure and track" these at our Assembly Meeting each month. A fabulous way for us as a Club to recognise what we are achieving as the year goes by!
So we have also set up a Closed Facebook page, which is for club members only, no one else will see these posts. This is just another way to communicate and stay connected in between meetings, so please feel welcome to post, ask questions, share quotes, stories, ideas, goals, even Dad Jokes.
Well, the border seems to be staying open, for now at least, for which we are all very grateful. Masks are still very much a part of our lives though, and I thank you all for playing your part, wearing your masks, and adhering to the Covid19 restrictions. It is much appreciated, both by our Club, and by Johnny Francos.
We had our first Cluster meeting this week, which was a wonderful experience for me, and I enjoyed getting to know the other Club Presidents in this Tweed Region. We are keen to organise some joint events, as soon as we are able to gather socially again, without having limited capacity and needing to wear masks.
This coming Wednesday we are looking forward to our awesome Services Director, Kaileen Casey, leading us with planning for our service projects for the year ahead..... it is going to be so much fun, so am looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday morning.
Yours in Rotary,
Jeannie
