Another great Virtual Social.  Many, many positive comments from those attending.  Great to see some new guests.
Thanks to Hans, Brian, Ryan and Janice for organizing the food and the activities.
If you missed this dinner you missed a lot.
The anticipation of the dinner to come arrived with all the trimmings on Tuesday night.  Thanks Hans.
Brian our emcee kept us entertained with a "2 truths and a lie" introduction and a fun quiz.
It was then on to preparing dinner.
The Fukumitsuya Wind Water Man Junmai Saké stimulated the pallet for the Tuna Ceviche Salad
Then under Ryan directions we cooked our Rack of Lamb, cooked the Gnocchi and browned it in butter and herbs along with the greens and topped it off with the special jus.
We then sat back to the delicious main course which was paired with an excellent Italian wine.
The meal was topped off with Tiramisu and a drink of Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge.
Thanks to all who made this such a special night.
I am sure we are all looking forward to the opening of Ryan's restaurant (Biscuit), in the Platzl.
 
PS If you where lucky enough to attend remember to return the ramekins and liquor glasses to Ryan.
