The Rotary Club of Kimberley


The Rotary Club of Kimberley was chartered on December 1, 1941 and has been active in Kimberley ever since.  It is a member in good standing of Rotary International, an organization that represents over 1.2 million Rotarians in over 35,000+ clubs worldwide.  Rotary is a service club whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.  It is a secular organization open to all persons regardless of race colour, creed, religion, gender, or political preference.



Membership is by invitation.  The club currently has 12 members representing many of the businesses and professions in the Kimberley area.  It meets at 5:00 pm every Wednesday 1st and 3rd Wednesday at the Elks Club on Howard Street (room straight in from front door).
