The Club was treated to a wonderful treat, as our speaker, Mario Ortiz, District Director of the Citizenship and Immigration Service based in San Antonio, arranged for a new citizen ceremony at our meeting. Mr. Ortiz administered the citizenship oath to a delightful young lady from Santa Fe, Patricia Velazquez. Ms. Velazquez immigrated from Argentina and is a behavioral health therapist, practicing on her own. The Club was truly honored to welcome our newest citizen!
