Casey D'Albor serves as the Business Growth Manager for the City of Santa Fe’s Office of Economic Development. In this role, D'Albor acts as a vital link between municipal planning initiatives, local entrepreneurs, and regional economic strategy to ensure sustainable, community-minded expansion.

D'Albor works closely with multiple city entities—including infrastructure, zoning, and transit planning groups like the Santa Fe Metropolitan Planning Organization (SFMPO)—to align municipal master plans with commercial development and workforce needs. From streamlining navigation through city resource channels to hosting monthly one-on-one consultation sessions at the Santa Fe Business Incubator, D'Albor’s focus remains firmly on local ecosystem building.

Additionally, D'Albor oversees key city development advisory bodies, serving as the primary liaison for committees that shape local industry growth, community engagement, and strategic municipal assets.
