DAOTY Event: Rotary Evening at Botanical Gardens

Art in Bloom: An Evening with Bill Barrett is the opening event of the Distinguished Artist of the Year 2026 series honoring internationally acclaimed sculptor Bill Barrett.

This special private, invitation-focused evening is reserved for members of the Rotary Club of Santa Fe, visiting Rotary District 5520 guests, event sponsors, invited community leaders, honored guests, and close friends of Bill and Debora Barrett. Space is limited, and advance RSVP is required.

Guests will enjoy an elegant summer reception in the beautiful setting of the Santa Fe Botanical Garden featuring art, nature, conversation, and community, along with generous hors d'oeuvres stations and a cash bar with beer and wine (please note: this is a reception, not a full dinner).

The evening offers a unique opportunity to meet Bill and Debora Barrett, learn more about Bill’s remarkable artistic career, hear the story of Shidoni Foundry, and preview the exciting Distinguished Artist of the Year events still to come throughout the summer and fall. Guests may also enjoy docent-led garden tours, preview tours of the future Children’s Discovery Garden led by Executive Director Laura Leach, and a raffle for a small Bill Barrett sculpture.
