 in&rsquo\;\, one of our district&rsquo\;s most entertaining fall tradition
 s &mdash\; and a fundraiser supporting educational scholarships for local

 ing an impressive assortment of homemade launching machines &mdash\; inclu
 ding trebuchets\, catapults\, slingshots and pumpkin cannons &mdash\; to s
 ee who can send a pumpkin the farthest. Spectators can enjoy the competiti
 on\, vendors\, food\, a pie-eating contest\, exhibition launches and plent
