Vocational Development

Vocational Service: Rotary Vocational Service is rooted in a set of ideals, which calls on Rotarians to encourage and foster (1) high ethical standards in business and professions, (2) the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and (3) the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society. Members of this committee will assist Rotarians to put these ideals into action by (1) talking about our vocation and learning about fellow members' vocations, (2) using our professional skills to serve our community, (3) helping a young person achieve his or her career aspirations, (4) guiding and encouraging others in their professional development, and (5) supporting the success of fellow Rotarians.
