International Service Projects/Grants

Reports directly to Board of Directors International Service: This committee evaluates potential international projects for funding by our club. It sends representatives to the Bi-District Conference to meet with our neighbors from Mexico’s District 4410 to share ideas for collaborating on worthy projects in Mexico and beyond. Committee members are encouraged to participate in the Guatemala project by going to Guatemala to review existing projects and help identify new ones. This committee is responsible for writing a global grant and securing the necessary funding for it. This may involve giving presentations to other Rotary clubs, getting the word out about how clubs, individuals and non-Rotarians can become involved in a successful humanitarian international project.
