Club Communications

La Rueda is our on-line, weekly, newsletter emailed to all members. It identifies the weekly meeting room location, guest speaker, name of person providing the invocation, and greeters. It includes interesting stories and photos from previous events as well as informing members about upcoming social events and meetings. Club Runner is the Administrative Tool used to maintain our information. It integrates with the District Web Site and Rotary International. It includes the membership directory and member profiles, events management, La Rueda newsletter, committee roles and members, document management and many other features. Members are needed to assist with posting and maintaining committee descriptions, keeping the directory up to date, posting on line photo albums, editing articles and editing and posting news items. Capturing and tracking club activities using Rotary.org Club Central will be central to our ability to win Club of the Year again for 2016-2017.
