Arts Committee

The Arts Committee is a Standing Committee of the Rotary Club of Santa Fe Foundation and shall consist of ten voting members, selected annually by the Arts Committee, from the membership of the Rotary Club of Santa Fe. At least two of the Arts Committee must be members of the Foundation Board selected annually by the Committee for a one-year term. The eight members of the committee, not Foundation Board members, shall elect their successors annually to serve one-year terms. Committee members can serve no more than three consecutive terms without prior approval of the Foundation Board. The Arts Committee shall elect annually a Chair and Vice Chair from among their member who are not Foundations board members. All income and expenses of the Arts Committee shall be subject to approval of the majority of the Committee. Estimated income and expenses shall be incorporated into the Foundation Budget and authorized by the Foundation Board.
