Mrs. Lynnette K. Nsubuga, an established academician, Principal of Harvest Academy and a parent of two hit the floor with an ice breaker , sharing on the different intelligences humans have and how they were misinterpreted in the Ugandan education schooling system.
She noted that quite often a child is deemed not intelligent, because they were different and could not fit well in the Ugandan education system. Her presentation was so enjoyable and very educative that the audience requested President Ian to give the Speaker more time hence waving Sergeant At Arms Session.
The club also had cake cutting to celebrate September babies. For more pictures please click the link below;
Hosted by Past President Rtn Aggrey Kankunda & Family
Last weekend Kampala South Rotarians were invited to a lavish hospitality by PP Aggrey. Members were treated to first class service from the moment they drove in, there was a lot of laughter, good food, familiar faces with great bonding moments which sometimes does not happen outside the busy fellowships and projects schedules.
It was attended by over 45 Southern Rotarians one of the highest attendance and each member had an opportunity to speak and share about themselves. We learnt alot of important information especially about each other professions that will help with the club development.
Special thanks goes out to PP Aggrey and his family, Family of rotary director Rtn Brenda and the organisation Committee.
