The week's activities;
Monday 3rd December 2018, the Rotary Club of Kampala South had a talk by their own members Rtn RKK , RT and AR. The talk was centered on leveraging RFHDs to save lives.

They shared a story of a child patient (Musisi) a boy of about 9 years that was discovered during one of the Kikandwa health day camps and that was helped by the club to undergo life saving surgeries this year.

This decision was passed by members and with the support of Musisi's family to ensure he got the treatment he needed. Contributions came through individually and Musisi was immediately admitted to Naggalama hospital where he was diagnosed with Hirsch sprung disease. Musisi has so far undergone two surgeries and is recovering well with the help of contributions from club members.

This was followed by gratitude pound which generated a whooping collection for Sergeant At Arms bag and we thank all for their generous support.

Rtn MD Grace is the proprietor of Athena Hotel and a member of Nyaconga buddy group so members jumped at the opportunity to learn more about the hotel business.
