Announcements;
Topic for 20TH AUG 2018
We promised to bring fun filled, yet very informative fellowships, and next Monday will not be any different.

Most of us have become increasingly complacent when it comes to matters of security, personal or otherwise.
The question is, how vigilant are we, in as far as our surroundings are concerned? Are we security conscious enough, or have we left it to the security operatives?

We are priviledged to host Mr. Freddie David Egesa, a leading security expert and author of Private Investigations in Uganda.
He is also a Security analyst. He will speak to us about PERSONAL SECURITY.

Please join us on Monday, 20th August 2018 for another fun-filled, informative fellowship at Hotel Africana from 6:00pm.

Please invite a friend, relative and workmate.

Last week's Speaker; diabetes!
We were privileged to host Immediate Past President DG Ken, we also enjoyed an influx of Rotarians, Rotaractors from different clubs and guests  who filled the room ready to listen to the doctors!

Rotarian Dr. Richard K. moderated over the session with Rotarian Jacqueline N. R. and Rotarian Dr. Doreen A. He gave an overview on diabetes as a whole and the theme “Not even children are safe” was Rtn Jacqueline’s story. She shared her emotional story and what she has had to go through to care for diabetic son. Rtn Dr. Doreen enlightened the members on the kind of foods they ought to consume, and how what they weakens and destroy their bodies. She termed our addictive habits like taking Alcohol, eating excess meats "KUKA KALAYI”  as NONSENSE! Her expressions during the presentation captivated the audience.
