PAST PRESIDENTS' LOUNGE
DAVID KAHWA ISINGOMA
Welcome back to the the Past Presidents' Lounge, where we learn about  which moments and events made our past leaders who they are today. In  this week's interview, PP David Kahwa Isingoma explained to us his personal experience in the club as President.

I started my Rotary journey as a Rotaractor, in the Rotaract Club of Kampala City from 1994 – 1998. I then joined the Rotary Club of Kampala South in 1998. Therefore, 2020 makes me 26 years in the Rotary circles.  I later ascended to the Presidency of the Rotary Club of Kampala South in the Rotary Year 2005-2006. The theme for the year was Service above Self.  I did take over from (RIP) PP AG Carol Abeja. The District Governor in my year as President was Rotarian Tusu, who treated us with fatherly guidance given the fact that our club was still in the take-off stages.
