Acai Bowl!

This is a simple acai bowl. Unlike many fruits that are high in sugar and low in fat, the acai berry is actually somewhat higher in fat and low in sugar. It’s refreshing and a great way to start your mornings!

Ingredients

  • 75 - 100 g of frozen unsweetened acai berry pulp

  • 1/4 cup agave syrup/maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 or 2 TBSP plant milk (to help blend)

  • 2 TBSP almond butter

Preparation

  • Blend the acai pulp with a mixture of ice and/ or plant mylk

  • Top with strawberries, blueberries, coconut, granola, banana - actually top it up with anything you want!! :)
