$10,000 Duck Derby - August 4, 2018

11:00 a.m. at Gold Creek & Willoughby AVE

 

FESTIVITIES BEGIN between the Willoughby Avenue Bridge, and above the mouth of Gold Creek.

 

Ducks will take the plunge into Gold Creek, at Cope Park, beginning at approximately 1:30 PM. The ducks will float down Gold Creek, making their way to the end of the creek, and finally “gathering” at the section of the creek, past the Willoughby Avenue Bridge, and above the mouth of Gold Creek, where they will be “Rescued” at approximately 1:45 PM. Join in the fun with other community members for an afternoon celebration, as we raise money to support Juneau’s youth. Proceeds from this event will benefit the community through scholarship opportunities for youth, club identified community needs, and improvements to Riverside Rotary Park.
