Maria Culhane, DVM

Marie Culhane is a veterinarian working with all species but having a special interest in diseases of food animals, especially swine. She is currently an associate professor at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine.  She is also involved in animal disease emergency planning at local, national, and global levels.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Morris, Minn., earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, and a PhD in Infectious Diseases from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine.
