Anchorage International Rotary Club welcomes Scott McMurren as our guest speaker for Friday May 15th meeting via ZOOM. Scott is well known in Anchorage area as a Travel Guru as well for being a great Rotarian and a very fun guy! Everyone is confused about the Travel Industry and what travel opportunities exist in today’s crazy world and Scott will share some thoughts and ideas.
Scott grew up listening to his grandparents tell him stories about their trips and travel in Alaska. So of course after graduating from the University of Oregon, Scott packed up and moved to Anchorage. After getting a job with the Anchorage Times, he has succeeded to established a 30-year career of writing with a strong emphasis in the Travel area.
