Muff (Nancy) Zellmer RN, MSN, ANP, Executive Director of Women Listen
She is a nurse practitioner certified in family care and has worked in the health care field for over 40 years! She was a recipient of the “Heroes in Health Care” award from Hospice of Anchorage. Her background includes, staff nursing, patient education, hospice, university teaching, urgent care, nursing home care, private practice and working with a cancer surgeon. She recently retired from working in cancer survivorship at a radiation center where she developed over 250 survivorship care plans for cancer patients as they completed their treatment. Zellmer co-founded Women Listen, a weekly support group for women with cancer and she has led this group for the past 12 years.
