Mariya Kupchinskaya is a 4^th year student at Irkutsk State University, Baikal International Business School.  She is here on a 4 week internship in Alaska.  This program is organized by Rotary.  Mariya is here to study how American business approaches management, marketing and finance.  She has previously visited Homer with the Kachemak Bay Rotary Club.  This week she is in the hands of Anchorage International Rotary Club and next week Anchorage South Rotary.  Thanks to Ted Trueblood for organizing this event and all the gracious members who have invited her to view their businesses. 

Mariya has also visited Australia on a similar mission of exploring businesses.  She is fluent in English and it should be a great pleasure to hear her stories as she learns about business dealings around the world.
