BIO: Phil is a trusted San Diego leader with proven track record in cross-functional team leadership, networking, business development, marketing, veteran mentorship, communications, public relations, aviation and ground operations, executive program and project management, social and historical media. 

He is a member of the Board of Trustees (Mt Soledad National Veterans Memorial), Chair of Leadership Insights Forum and Inspiration Awards (Center for Wealth and Legacy), Co-Founder (Veterans Beer Club), LifeLounge San Diego and multiple aviation groups: AOPA, Plus One Flyers, Commemorative Air Force, San Diego Hammerheads, and the EAA.

He has been in San Diego almost a decade, leading some of the largest events in the United States. Planning, narrating and entertaining audiences of 10K-500K+ at the Miramar Air Show, Seattle Air Fair, Air Show San Diego, San Diego Fleet Week, Concourse D'Elegance, and the Centennial of Naval Aviation (largest flyover of San Diego since World War Two).
