The Wise Acre Way: A deeper look into our food system
The Wise Acre Way: A deeper look into our food system
Tiffany is a first generation farmer and owner of Wise Acre Farm, a pasture raised poultry farm in Windsor. When she is not caring for the happiest flock of chickens in Sonoma County, Tiffany is dedicated to educating the community on regenerative agriculture and the importance of knowing where your food comes from and how it is grown/raised.  All food is not created equal and small regenerative farmers are accomplishing big things.

This presentation aims to help customers know what to look for when purchasing food , while providing an insight to guide you to the right questions for your local land stewards.

Tales from a Wild Life
Tales from a Wild Life

Sarah will share photos from her adventures in wild places and stories from the field.  With an emphasis on native predators, Sarah’s photography highlights unique behavior and intimate portraits of species like wolves, bears, coyotes, bobcats, foxes and badgers.  Increasingly, as human development expands and traditional habitats shrink, many of these species are living in closer proximity to humans.  Sarah has spent years observing and documenting native predators in both suburban and wild environments and will share tales from the field as well as insights into how wildlife adapts to living in our midst.
