Professor Meg Jordan PhD, RN, CWP, is a woman who has motivated millions to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She is Chair of a growing department at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco that offers an M.A. in Integrative Health Studies, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, Concentration in Somatic Psychology, and a PhD in Human Sexuality.

If anthropology is the study of culture’s impact on humanity, then medical anthropology is the study of how cultural views of health and disease, illness and recovery vary among people all over the world.

Dr. Meg will be speaking to us on "Global Medicine Hunting" a review of the different types of healing modalities around the world, and how to choose the one that’s best for whatever ails you.
