We had a super team clean up Delaware Ave last Saturday.  David Miller coordinated the crew of Jeff Holland, Val Namen, Tom Atmore, Mark Landy, Alan Ruvelson, Dave Hanson and William McNally.  William also brought his son and father-in-law.  Pictured below are new member Tom Atmore and Prez Elect Val.

Prez Don McCall called us together at 7:30a.m. on April 25th and here are some of the highlights:

1 - Bob reported after the next invoice we should have about $10K in the bank.

2 - Loaves & Fishes are coming up May 30th and June 1st.

3 - Tom Atmore has rejoined our club (YEAH!!!)

4 - Next Meet & Greet is Wednesday June 7th

5 - We have a super fundraising event with the Prior Lake Music Fest on July 14 & 15 - Sign up with David Miller.

6 - Highway clean up is Saturday, April 29th

7 - Rose sale has been moved to the fall for better pricing.

8 - Val Namen will take the president role for 2023 and 2024!  Thanks Val!

9 - We sent an ALMAS student from Two Rivers high school to Camp RYLA

10 - Approved a $1,000 donation to Thompson Park Activity Foundation

 

Mark your calendars for July 14th and July 15th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.  We have a fundraising activity at the Prior Lake Music Fest.  Last year, working one night, our club earned $960.00.

The board is looking for creative fundraising ideas and a team to coordinate activities.  Maybe we'll see a pickleball tournament next summer?  Please contact any board member if you have some ideas.  Thank you!  Board members:  Don McCall, David Miller, Susan Hommes, Valarie Namen, Alan Ruvelson, Mark Landy or Bob Gullick.
