Candy needed for Great Halloween Get Together and Sponsors needed for Ethics Day

Pioneering Healthy Communities is topic of next meeting: Jim McGowan will discuss the Pionerring Healthy Communities project.
Great Halloween Get Together: We will again be handing out candy to nearly 2,000 trick-or-treaters at the Great Halloween Get Together in South St. Paul on Marie Avenue on Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5 – 7 p.m. We need everyone to donate one bag of candy to the cause! Please bring a bag to the meeting and give it to Kori. Volunteers are also needed on Halloween to pass out candy. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
Ethics Program--Sponsors Needed, More: In order to make Ethics Day a full success, five more sponsors are needed. The cost of a sponsorship is $100. So far, the following local partners are sponsoring tables: School District 197 Administrators (2 tables), Edward Jones, BankCherokee, Gateway Bank.
On Oct. 30, Chief Shaver is going to train in all those who are volunteering for Ethics Day. More info at Ethics Program.
