We had a Board meeting last week and here's what we did:
Discussed our donation policy, which we modified to require that donation requests should be made by members of the Club who are active through service or donations
Pushed forward the set up our Foundation
Set up a Ghost Tour of the MIA for Oct. 31 from noon - 1
Set aside $5,000 for Can Do Canines from proceeds of Moonstruck!
Reconciling Net Profit of Moonstruck - but early estimate is at least $20,000
Preliminary estimates are in and it appears that Moonstruck was EXTREMELY successful! Thanks to everyone for your ridiculously hard work and effort, which paid off!
Here is what we estimate:
GROSS PROFIT = $22,000
Here are some the specifics:
Wine Raffle = $4,700
Silent Auction = $6,200
Pete's "Extras" = $900
Desserts = $400
More solid numbers will be reviewed at the Board meeting and updated next week, but so far.... Woo hoo!
