This past Tuesday, during our July board meeting we discussed membership recruitment and retention which will be a reoccurring topic for both the board and the club as a whole.  The past two and half years of the pandemic has been hard on all of us and hard on our membership, so it is time to focus on recruitment.  As we think about our own circle of friends and acquaintances, think about who might share Rotary’s values of community service and enjoy the warm fellowship we enjoy at our meetings and service events.  Though we are a modest size club, our impact on our community, is far from modest.  I invite you to share your passion for Rotary and invite someone to an upcoming meeting.  A special thanks to Alan and Valarie who have volunteered to co-chair our membership and retention efforts.
