Our club is sponsoring three families for the Neighbor's Holiday Gift Program.  Our board has authorized spending $300 per family.  We don't need to wrap the gifts.  Susan Hommes has volunteered to be one of the shoppers.  Two more shoppers are needed.   We need to deliver the gifts to Neighbor's Inc. on the afternoon of Nov 27th.  Dave Hanson can drop off the gifts and he has the families wish lists.  Please let him know if you can be one of the shoppers and he'll get the wish lists to you!  Thanks in advance.

1 - Donations to the Foundation for the rose sale going well.

4 - Jennifer Giovinazzo, David Miller and Dave Hanson were thanked for the video commercial at Town Square TV on September 17.

4 - Next Loaves & Fishes is December 5th.  We are not doing on October 29 because the roses are being delivered that day to St. Anne's.

5-  Road clean up will be Saturday Oct .  After the clean up, we'll be raking a DARTS recommended  senior's yard.

6 - Club Service above self award will be presented in the future.

7 - Don McCall will host Oct meetings as Prez Val is in Florida for the winter.

8 - Fundraising:  Beer & Wine drawing will be Nov 13 at the Copperfield.  Rose order day was Oct 14.  Delivery on Oct 29^th.

11 - Christmas and New Years fall on a Wednesday.  Cancelling those meetings.

12 - Cancelling Oct 30^th meeting because of rose delivery on Oct 29^th

13 - Next board meeting is via zoom on Nov 19 at 7:30a.m. Notify Dave Hanson if you'd like to attend.

The board would like to have local businesses present a 3 minute introduction to their company at each meeting.

Please let Dave Hanson know if you have someone and he'll add them to the meeting schedule.

One 3 minute presentation at each meeting would be the goal.
