We had a Board meeting last week and here's what we did:
Moonstruck total Net Proceeds was about $24,000 so we agreed to give half of the proceeds to Harvest Pack ($12,000)
Allocated $3,500 to ALMAS to assist with the re-branding of shirts/materials to coincide with Two Rivers' name change
Agreed to set aside $1,500 in our budget for our Neighbor's Adopt a Family program at Christmas. Beth will find our families and coordinate shoppers
Sadly, we accepted the resignation of Charter Member Mary McDougall. Due to a conflict at work, she is no longer able to attend meetings and has decided to step back from Rotary (we're hoping it's just for now)
Considered the IGH/SSP Club's request to merge with our Club. First, IGH/SSP has to complete a 4-page questionnaire provided by the District, then we will discuss it with the Board and if it seems to make some sense, we will discuss it with the Club at a regular meeting before proceeding any further
