Moonstruck preparations are well on their way! Click here for the Moonstruck brochure. The non-profit we have selected to benefit from the event is Vision Loss Resources and they are helping us promote and advertise the event. They will have hands-on demonstration tables so everyone can learn about the techniques and tools of living with vision loss. In addition, they have introduced a LIVE auction this year, so make sure you talk up the event as being new, exciting, innovative! We will still have the Dessert auction for desserts at each table and have secured 12 professional desserts at no cost! Depending on the number of attendees, we may need more desserts. We are asking each Rotarian to generate $500 for Moonstruck, either through sponsorship, teams or in-kind donations. Specifically, here's what we need from each Rotarian:
- Bring Wine! We are having our wine raffle for 30 bottles of wine + a wine chiller or 2nd place is 10 bottles of wine. If each Rotarian brings 1 bottle, we are set! Raffle tickets available soon
- Bring Beer! We are having a beer raffle for our Wall of Beer so we need 6-packs of craft beer to complete the wall (otherwise it's more of step and that's not very enticing) Raffle tickets available soon
- Sign up Sponsors! Hole Sponsors ($200), Silver Sponsors ($500), Gold Sponsors ($1,000), Platinum Sponsors ($2,000) and Presenting Sponsors ($5,000) - there is a VIP Cocktail Hour invitation for Gold, Platinum and Presenting Sponsors
- Sign up Teams! We can support 26 teams
- Sign up Guests with Dinner Only ($40)! We need to fill the tables so the LIVE auction and Raffles will be ridiculously successful
- Secure Live auction items (i.e. time-share vacations, fishing trips, other cool stuff)
