Our club packed 100 MatterBox meals last Wednesday!  Proud Papa Rotarian Cody Semo delivered them to the West St. Paul Library.  Thanks to all of us who participated!

At our July 10th meeting:  President Valarie Namen (left) presents a $7500 check to Principal Libby Huettl for the new Somerset Elementary All Inclusive Playground.  Libby said this check puts them over their fundraising goal of $345,000.  Demolition of the old playground has started.  The new build starts on July 31.  If you'd like to help, here is the link for the Community Build- https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F4EA4AA23A5FF2-49854993-play#/  Way to go WSP/MH Rotary Club!

1 - Our club is finishing our year at the end on June 30 with $600 in the bank!  Thanks Bob Gullick!

2 - We have these amounts in reserves: 

    a. $500 for the Forest Lake Club's International water project.

    b. $2250 reserved for the next international conference.

3 - Approved club sponsor for Ethic's Day.  Contacting Katie Lowe to see if she will lead.

4 - Next Loaves & Fishes is July 30th & Aug 1st. 

5 - Prior Lake Music Fest fundraiser on July 12th and 13th was a fun event and easy to do.  Encouraging more participation next year.

6 - Tabling money requests until we get a better handle on our fundraising efforts.

7 - Looking a participating in a Food Truck event on July 27 at WSP Sports Complex. 

8 - November 13th is raffle drawing at Copperfield.

9 - Rayna Bullock has joined the board.

10 - Next board meeting is via zoom on August 20th at 7:30a.m. Notify Dave Hanson if you'd like to attend.

Rotarian Tom Atmore will coordinate our Rose Sale Fundraiser this Fall.  Move information to follow!  Thanks Tom!  You are one of the best!

The board would like to have local businesses present a 3 minute introduction to their company at each meeting.

Please let Dave Hanson know if you have someone and he'll add them to the meeting schedule.

One 3 minute presentation at each meeting would be the goal.
