Moonstruck! - our biggest fundraiser of the year - is on Friday, Sept. 8. THAT'S ONLY 25 DAYS AWAY! The Moonstruck forms can be found on the website and using the links on the side of the Bulletin. What do you need to do? - Get Teams - we can take 26 teams
- Get Sponsors - we have all levels of sponsorships available and that's free money folks! We make sure there is good recognition of the sponsors at the Event both on hole signs, on banners, and on a slideshow
- Get silent and live auction items and give them to Bridget.
- Invite guests for dinner (I call them "shoppers")
- Sell Wine Raffle Tickets and Bring in a bottle of (nicer) wine (or pay Bob $15)
- Sell Beer Raffle Tickets and Bring in a 6-pack or two of craft beer (or pay Bob $15)
- Bring in trinkets from your organization (otherwise known as marketing items) for our golfer goodie bags
Raffle tickets for beer and wine are available now - see Bob! We expect all Rotarians to participate, attend the event and sell at least $500 worth of sponsors, teams, raffle tickets.
