Here are some important events about which you need to know (I'm not kidding):
Loaves & Fishes Tues, Jan. 31. THAT'S TOMORROW! Help serve meals at Loaves & Fishes, or help cook, or clean. Your choice. See Upcoming Events.
Ethics Day Training Wed. Feb. 1. At our regular meeting, Katie and Greg will be training all of us on Ethics Day regarding the events, expectations, program and all details. If you are helping that day or even if you can't help that day, it's a good chance to hear what Ethics Day is all about.
Loaves & Fishes THAT'S THIS THURSDAY. Hey! Look at that - twice in one week. Yes, it happens and we need your help when it happens. Pick one day or come for both. Please? See Upcoming Events.
Ethics Day - THE EVENT! Thur. Feb. 16 at Thompson Lodge. See Katie or Greg for details if you want to help teach 60 Henry Sibley High Schoolers how to be ethical! We also need helpers to buy snacks, organize lunch, room set up in the morning and room take down at the end of the day. So even if you don't like teenagers, there are plenty of things you can do to help!
Board Meeting Tues. Feb. 21 at 7:30 a.m. at Perkins.
Charter Night Event Thur. Feb. 23 at 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.(ish) at Bad Weather Brewery. To celebrate the anniversary of our Club's birth, we will be packing meals for Harvest Pack, eating (POTLUCK), carrying on... It is a Club event so everyone is invited to attend and bring family, friends, strangers... anyone who you want to introduce to Rotary in a non-threatening manner. This is the night! Come for some or all of it - just stop by to say hi if you want! Eat and run! Pack and run! Whatever works for you. This is just meant to be fun ---- while making a difference!
The Board unanimously voted this week to accept the membership application of Jackie Paul from 360 Communities! She will be an awesome addition to our Club - WELCOME HER with open hands and arms, if you're so inclined. Be nice - we don't need to scare her away.
