Only 11 more days until Moonstruck! (hit the panic button now!) Here's what we need from each Rotarian:
- A Bottle of Wine! We are having our wine raffle for a grand prize of 30 bottles of wine + a wine chiller and 2nd place is 10 bottles of wine. Each Rotarian is asked to bring 1 bottle of wine for the raffle. Raffle tickets available now - see Bob
- Beer! We are having a beer raffle for our Wall of Beer (grand prize of at least 40 - 6 packs of craft beer) Each Rotarian is asked to bring one 6-pack of craft beer. Raffle tickets available now - see Bob
- Sign up Sponsors! Hole Sponsors ($200), Silver Sponsors ($500), Gold Sponsors ($1,000), Platinum Sponsors ($2,000) and Presenting Sponsors ($5,000). See below for list of Gold and Silver Sponsors to date
- Sign up Teams! We can support 26 teams and we only have 17 teams so far
- Sign up Guests for Dinner ($40)! We need to fill the tables so the LIVE auction and Raffles will be ridiculously successful
- Sell Raffle Tickets! (see above regarding Wine and Beer)
- Secure LIVE auction items (i.e. time-share vacations, fishing trips, other cool stuff) Comedian/auctioneer Chris Shaw will be conducting the LIVE auction. Here's what we have for Auction items so far:
- One week at a timeshare in Orlando + 4 One-Day Park Hopper tickets to Disney
- A weekend (2 nights) at the Green Heron Bed and Breakfast in Grand Rapids on Lake Pokegama (5-star rating on Trip Advisor)
- A weekend (3 nights) in a Tiny House on Big Sandy Lake that includes one gourmet dinner by Judge Metzen
- 4 play-off tickets to the Lynx game on October 3
- Coffee package, including gift cards, coffee and mugs
- A tandem sky-dive jump at Sky Dive Twin Cities

We will have a Moonstruck 101 informational training at our regular meeting on Wed. Sept. 7. You will learn what to do, what to bring, when to be there, etc. Representatives from Vision Loss Resources will explain their demonstration stations that they will have on hand the night of Moonstruck.
