We will hold our annual White Elephant Gift Exchange this week! Here are the "rules:" 1. Find gaudy/cheap/old/unwanted/funny gift (unless you want to be a hero and bring something nice that others will actually want) 2. Wrap it and bring it to the meeting 3. Nonchalantly place it in the gift pile 4. Colleen will give you a playing card that will tell you the order in which we will choose presents 5. Wait for your card number to be called 6. You can either go to the present pile and choose a gift, or go take someone else's already-opened gift, whichever you prefer (unless you are first, in which case you have to choose from the pile) 7. Open your gift or if you stole someone else's gift, sit down quickly and hope no one notices 8. You will either go home with that gift currently in your hand, or if someone steals your gift, go to #6 and do over until no one steals your present and you are stuck with it!
