On June 27, Foundation Chair Susan Hommes gave Mike Lethert his 3rd Paul Harris Fellow Award.  That means Mike has donated at least $3,000 to Rotary International (not all at once - he is an accountant, after all). He received his fancy gold pin with 3 sapphires!

We donated $1,500 to the U of M's Engineers without Borders to go build water projects in underprivileged countries around the world.  On June 27, two of the students who will be spearheading projects this year came to our Club to say "thanks!"

It's time to start getting your teams, sponsors and silent auction donations for our Moonstruck golf tournament.  Moonstruck is on Friday, Sept. 7.  Rachel Hughes is the Chair and is off and running with teams and sponsors already.  Dodge Nature Center will be the recipient of a portion of the proceeds, thanks to Rachel's efforts.  Bob has the beer and wine raffle tickets available now so be sure to catch him on Wed.!
