With a heavy heart, I wanted to let you know that our thoughts and prayers go out to John Kemp and his family. John's wife Marti died peacefully on Jan. 8, 2015. Funeral arrangements are as follows:
Family will greet friends Thursday, January 15 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Kandt & Tetrick Funeral Home at 140 8th Avenue North, South St. Paul. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Faith United Methodist Church, 1530 Oakdale Ave., West St. Paul. Visitation will also be Friday from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. at the church. Memorials preferred.
Many of us know John through his active membership in the SSP Rotary Club, as well as being a former Assistant District Governor and the Executive Director of Neighbors Inc. John is not just a friend of our Club, but he is our friend. Please embrace him and his family in this difficult time.

Our next Board meeting is Wed., January 28 after our regular Rotary Club meeting. If you want to stick around and see what the Board does, you are welcome to attend. We have a few resignations (Greg Konat, David Gates, Justin Miller) on this agenda and no new members to add - so start recruiting!!
