THE GREAT HALLOWEEN GET-TOGETHER!  Every Halloween on Oct. 31 from 5-7 p.m., the City of South St. Paul closes off Marie Avenue from around 4th St. to 7th St. and asks clubs, organizations, local businesses and hand out candy to about 1,000 trick-or-treaters of all ages!  For many years, we have set up shop and sometimes in costume, most of the time not, but always well-stocked, we have handed out candy! There are 2 ways you can help:

1. You can come on Halloween and hand out candy - it's super fun! It's only for 2 hours and you can be home in time to take care of your OWN trick-or-treaters!  or

2. You can bring candy to the meetings for others to hand out on Halloween
