MOONSTRUCK! IS ONLY 18 DAYS AWAY!! Moonstruck! is Friday, Sept. 7. It's time to get your beer, wine, teams, sponsors and auction donations for our Moonstruck golf tournament. The Display Board of guilt and shame is front and center every week so make sure you earn your stars!! What can you do? - Get teams and sponsors (need banner sponsors info by 8/22 and hole sponsor info by 8/29)
- $2,500 to be a Platinum Sponsor (name on banner, 4-some for golf, 4 tickets to dinner)
- $1,000 to be a Gold Sponsor (name on banner, 2 tickets to dinner)
- $500 to be a Silver Sponsor (name on banner)
- $300 to be a Hole Sponsor (hole sponsor sign)
- Sell beer and wine raffle tickets (see Bob)
- Bring in beer and wine so that we have something to raffle off (give to Marv and Bob)
- Collect auction items and deliver them to Pres. Bridget
- Get trinkets for the golfer goodie bags and give them to Dave H.
- Volunteer to come to and work the event. We need EVERYONE to attend! (golfers and just shoppers) Bring a spouse, a date, a friend, a co-worker. At the regular meeting this week, Rachel Hughes will give us a heads-up on what to expect, what you will do, how it will work this year so you won't want to miss the meeting!
