Moonstruck! - our biggest fundraiser of the year - is on Friday, Sept. 8.  THAT'S ONLY 18 DAYS AWAY! The Moonstruck forms can be found on the website and using the links on the side of the Bulletin. What do you need to do?

We expect all Rotarians to participate, attend the event and sell at least $500 worth of sponsors, teams, raffle tickets.  If you have any questions, contact Co-Chairs William or Katie. We will be having Moonstruck 101 at our regular meeting on August 30 so you can learn all about what will happen that night! Photos from last year:

We had a Board meeting last week and here's what we did: Nothing - no cash until after Moonstruck.  However, we did talk about Moonstruck.  We need more silent/live auction items.  Think gift certificates to sporting events, shows or hotels. We need Beer and Wine. We need trinkets. Then we adjourned. It was a great meeting.

Loaves & Fishes is on Tuesday AUGUST 29.  Be there at 3-3:30 to cook at 4:30 to serve. Don't forget to stay and clean up!! We will be serving root beer floats to our guests that night as a special treat so please plan on helping.
