The Board of Directors in August voted to support:
Arden Hills Rotary Club for water filters for Puerto Vallarta with a donation of $1,000 for water filtration.
Recommit a donation of $5,000 toward pursuit of a global grant by the Lakeville Rotary Club for 3 Ecuadorean schools. The grant will be used to build a sanitary system and computer lab for the schools.
Board Meeting is Tuesday: The Board of Directors meets at 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, at Southview Country Club.
Speaker this Week: Matt Johnson of the Met Council will discuss the uneven recovery of the economy.
Holiday Adopt-A-Family: Please bring wrapping paper, scissors, and tape to the Dec. 11 meeting when the Club will wrap gifts for the Adopt-A-Family program.
