From Rotarian Jennifer Giovinazzo's post to our club's Facebook page: Doree Adelmann from Ronald McDonald House came and spoke to us Wednesday and there wasn’t a dry eye in the place. What an awesome organization quietly doing such amazing things for familles during some of their most difficult times!! The average stay at a Ronald McDonald home is about 4 months. Many families stay for years due to their child’s treatment and condition She spoke about the all stories of how important in a time of need to be close, have a hot meal and a place to sleep!
